How To - Deleting an Order
Orders that are held within the basket can be deleted if no longer required or if they were produced in error; however if an order has been placed (and has left the basket), it can no longer be deleted.
Head Office users, when viewing their basket, are shown all current orders that are as yet unplaced.
In the example below, two orders are shown in the basket, each with the name of the supplier and outlet. You can filter the orders displayed by selecting a specific supplier or All Suppliers as shown below.
Outlet users, when viewing their basket, are shown all current orders that are as yet unplaced along with the name of the supplier.
You can filter the orders displayed by selecting a specific supplier or All Suppliers.
Click the red delete icon to remove an order from the basket.
The system prompts to ensure you want to cancel at which point you must click OK to confirm.
